Learn more about this opportunity : **Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following roles:** ​ **Subcontracts Manager** _Candidates must be US Persons located in the National Capital Region (NCR)._ + Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) and at least 7+ years of related management work experience involving typical procurement activities, including subcontracting. + An extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the federal aviation, engineering and construction is required. In addition, excellent written and oral communications skills, a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with procurement, and an ability to effectively negotiate subcontracts is also required, as well as proven ability to perform in a lead capacity. + Experience with award or incentive fee contracts + Demonstrated experience successfully managing and leading teams + Experience supporting a portfolio of at least $5B to $10B **Security Clearance Requirement:** None This position is part of our Corporate team.
