New Car Franchise Dealership in Smithtown, Long Island is looking for ambitious candidates for our Allstate Insurance Department. P&C LICENSE PREFERRED. We offer TOP HOURLY PAY (HOURLY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) to those in the field for this Full-time position. PLUS, highly competitive commission rates (Tiered scale based on amount sold). SATURDAY SHIFT (10am to 6pm) IS MANDATORY. Skill required for this position are but not limited to: * Must be a Team Player and work well with others.

• Ambitious sales tactics.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. * Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. * Organization and follow-up skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Completing the acquisition of insurance information for customer (whether they have Allstate or not)
• Pitching and producing quality sales numbers in the field of Personal Lines insurance
• Follow-up and customer service to those within our book of business
