Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Attorney/Law Clerk to support our ADA litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney looking to develop litigation skills and gain hands-on experience through close mentorship. The role will begin as a 3-6 month contract with strong potential for long-term employment based on performance and team needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate settlement agreements with opposing counsel.
• Provide legal advice and updates to clients regarding their cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations.
• Draft legal documents.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of litigation experience required.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Professionalism, discretion, and empathy when interacting with clients.
