We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test to help ensure the quality and reliability of complex, cloud-native applications. This role focuses on building and maintaining automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, and cloud platforms, enabling fast, reliable software releases. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to implement scalable CI/CD pipelines and optimize test execution. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, thrives in a dynamic environment, and leverages automation and AI-driven tools to continuously improve testing practices and product quality.

Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, API, and cloud applications.
• Develop and execute automated tests for functional, integration, regression, and performance scenarios using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JUnit, and RestAssured.
• Automate testing for native and hybrid mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms.
• Validate cloud-native applications deployed on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
• Automate API endpoint validation, microservices testing, and contract testing using tools like Pact or Spring Cloud Contract.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) and optimize cloud-based execution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to define automation strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis for test failures and continuously enhance automation frameworks for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of QA automation experience across Web, Mobile, API, and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile automation using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Strong proficiency with API automation tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
• Experience testing microservices architectures and ensuring seamless API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in programming languages for test automation such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration for automated test suites.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6) is a plus.
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools or Gen AI-based automation solutions is preferred.
• Healthcare or PBM domain knowledge is optional but advantageous.
