The Little Brownie Bakers Senior Analyst - Sales Planning & Performance is a multifunctional role that will support the LBB Sales team. The role supports the sales team with strategic sales analysis, customer support, timely and insightful reporting, and allowing for effective review of seasonal sales activities. The role will also take on various projects as needed to support the growth of the LBB business. The role is based in our Chicago, IL office and is hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
-Identify sales trends through analysis and previous sales experience
-Update Council Sales & Budget reporting for sales team.
-Partner with Director of Sales & Strategy to identify appropriate seasonal data analytics needs.
-Collaborate with multiple functions to provide necessary info in preparation for strategic approach to council contract renewals and presentations.
-Work to develop competitive information analysis using data from internal sources as well as Girl Scout USA published information.
-Create monthly invoices for Girl Scout council digital sales and other invoicing in compliance with the LBB invoicing policy.
-Monitor the automated transmission of regular council invoices for accuracy
-Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
-Understands and demonstrates the Company’s core values.
-Performs other duties as assigned.

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products; primarily Excel.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and able to shift priorities quickly.
-Background in sales, sales support, or sales operations
-Solid understanding of business process flows.
-High tolerance for ambiguity.
-Customer focused, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
-Flexible, willing to modify the way things are done to improve processes.
Education and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
-About 3 years’ of experience in areas such as, but not limited to, sales representative, sales analytics, business development, order-to-cash management, master data, or sales operations.
-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel.
-Competency in examining data, managing complex data sets, and analytical problem solving.
-SAP experience preferred; CGP experience preferred
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $112,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
