Compensation:
• Hourly Base + Monthly Bonus + Uncapped Commission
• OTE: $65,000–$110,000
• Top reps earn $130,000–$180,000

We’re looking for ambitious, tenacious individuals to join our Agent Referral Division — the nation’s largest referral program of its kind.
As an Remote Account Manager , your focus is high-volume outbound calling to generate new opportunities and build B2B relationships with real estate agents across the country. You’ll help secure homes for their clients — and lay the foundation for your future in professional sales.
This is lead generation with a purpose — every connection helps protect families and communities.
What You’ll Do
• Make 150–200 outbound calls daily
• Generate leads via agent referrals and follow-ups
• Meet monthly lead generation KPIs (we provide 200+ new contacts weekly )
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve pitch & process
What You’ll Bring
• 1+ years preferred remote sales
