Registered Nurse (RN) - IV Infusion cross campus BH and AGH, 8hour shifts

This position is cross campus to Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital Gloucester, 8 hour shifts!
**Position Summary:**
This role operates within a multidisciplinary team to provide direct patient care for patients in need of active treatment at our ambulatory clinic.
-Supports ambulatory adult hematology/oncology, and medical day care populations
-Placement and maintenance of PIV and Centrally Implanted Venous Access Devices
-Maintains continuity of treatment based care from laboratory draws/monitoring, symptom management, to administration of chemotherapy and biotherapies
-Provides IV supportive care including therapeutic phlebotomies, blood products and IV fluids
-Ongoing patient and family education and reinforcement
**Requirements** - Minimum of one year of RN experience. Superior assessment skills, competent in peripheral IV placement and care; central line access and maintenance. Current Massachusetts RN license required. BLS required. OCN/ONS preferred (must obtain within one year of employment if not certified)
