Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms as necessary.
• Prepare detailed project reports outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and quality.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction management software (Prolog, ProCore) is essential.
• Strong understanding of contract management processes and legal considerations in construction.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
