Job Description

An industry leading Fort Worth-based General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager who can lead large-scale commercial construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid/high-rise or a diverse commercial background. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to grow in their career with a company that continues to grow and diversity.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Projects of $10MM or more desirable
Stable work history
Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
