COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $18.95/hour
• Schedule: Monday 8:00am–6:30pm; Tuesday–Friday 10:00am–7:30pm; Saturday 12:00pm–8:30pm
• Employment Type: W2
• Benefits: Climate-controlled environment, 180+ days PTO upon conversion, benefits start 1st of the month
• Start Date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports licensed pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring medication safety, accuracy, and compliance. Success in this position is defined by precise attention to detail, strong adherence to regulatory requirements, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, label, and package prescription medications accurately
• Replenish automated dispensing cells and manage large product volumes
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensing area
• Rotate stock to prevent medication expiration
• Adhere to HIPAA and all pharmacy laws/regulations
• Document prescription and medication-related information accurately
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Active Indiana or national Pharmacy Technician license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Able to lift and carry 20–30 lbs. regularly, and 15 lbs. over extended periods
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, quality focus, accountability, and teamwork

• Pharmacy inventory management tools
• Prescription labeling software
• Standard office applications (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
