This position will support the design, development, testing and operational phases of projects
undertaken at PERATON Labs, the research and development arm of PERATON corporation. This position requires the successful candidate to work closely with a diverse team of engineering, scientific and technical staff to develop novel solutions in support of such projects.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work semi-independently in a small multi-disciplinary team utilizing their experience to participate in the analysis and design of complex systems. Experience modeling systems using tools that correctly represent components in the electrical, mechanical, software, optical domains that ultimately comprise a field-deployable system is a critical capability for this role. The ability to read, comprehend and generate professional quality design documentation is a required capability for this position as well. The successful candidate will be organized, dental oriented and able to track and implement changes to the model as required by senior systems engineers and other engineering teams.

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
