Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements Improving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Work closely with production to perform problem solving and root cause analysis Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing Lead cost reductions and yield improvements Utilize project management tools Improve equipment capability and reliability Identify opportunities for error proofing and implement solutions

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related required. Equipment procurement experience. Strong project management skills. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles. Strong knowledge of quality systems, SPC and process capability.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $58.00/hr.
