Position Overview As an IT Architecture/System Engineer Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational excellence of the organization's IT infrastructure. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will assist in various tasks that ensure the efficiency and stability of our systems. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Your Day to Day as a IT Architecture/System Engineer Intern:
- Assists in the monitoring of system performance and resource utilization.
- Helps in identifying and troubleshooting system issues and anomalies.
- Maintains documentation of system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
- Compiles and reports on system performance metrics and incidents.
- Supports the deployment and configuration of new servers and software applications.
- Assists in the setup of development, testing, and production environments.
- Works collaboratively with other IT teams, including network, database, and application teams.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes to project discussions.
- Assists in monitoring and maintaining security protocols and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications - Must be currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and support users.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications - Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Basic understanding of programing concepts such as Powershell, Javascript, C#.

Pay: $28.52
The starting hourly rate for this position in Florida (US-FL) is expected to be $28.52 per hour. The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,’ unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
