What You’ll Do:
Learn and develop construction skills on-site
Work with hand tools and fiber, copper, and coax cables
Assist in loading materials onto trucks and trailers
Operate company vehicles safely (CDL preferred but not required)
Keep job sites clean and organized
Perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance)
Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
Be ready to take on any task assigned by your foreman/supervisor
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Entry-Level Opportunity – No prior experience required!
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Must be at least 18 years old
✅ Clean driving record (CDL is a plus!)
✅ Willingness to work at multiple locations with different crews
✅ Strong work ethic & ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Monday – Friday with overtime opportunities
