Seasonal Retail Associate – $15.00/hr – Paid Weekly!  

Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced opportunity with weekly pay? Join our team at the  Notre Dame Bookstore  to help support a high-energy football team!  

Available Shifts:  
Thursday to Saturday: Full coverage needed – shifts range from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM  

• Most shifts during football weekends will run 6–8 hours , depending on availability 
• All team members must attend  one onboarding session: 
  • Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM  
  • Friday, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview – Seasonal Retail Associate  

This is a  temporary, part-time  position to support the bookstore with high demand during  football game weekends . You'll assist in a variety of departments, with flexible schedules available including opening, mid-day, or closing shifts. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Be available to work  every home football weekend  
• Provide excellent customer service—greet shoppers, answer questions, and help with purchases 
• Organize shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store neat and presentable 
• Assist with sales transactions including cash, credit card, and financial aid payments 

Physical Requirements:  

• Comfortable moving around the store for your entire shift 
• Able to stand for long periods 
• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs  with or without reasonable accommodation 
• Occasional reaching, bending, stooping, and use of ladders 

What You Bring:  

• Must be 18 years or older  
• Positive, energetic attitude with excellent communication skills 
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to assist others 
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills 
• Flexible availability, especially during game weekends 
• Must be able to pass a background check
