Who We Are We are a fast-growing network of pediatric clinics, and we need motivated people who can check the following boxes to join our work family: __ You like to be fashionably early instead of late. __ You Could Be Voted “Most Likely to Brighten Someone's Day” About the Job The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) will act as the “face” of the Compleat KiDZ clinic, providing excellent customer service while also onboarding new patients, managing their treatment schedules, and providing billing and payment collection support. Requirements

• Pass a Background Check
• Associate degree
• Ability to multi-task
• Outstanding customer service skills
• 2 years front desk/receptionist experience would be nice.
