Role Overview :

Meaningful Beginnings Daycare Center is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freelance Systems & Operations Specialist to help streamline and optimize our internal processes. This role involves managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving workflows, and supporting backend tools to enhance efficiency and organization within our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, update, and maintain clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity
• Assist with setup, configuration, and management of backend tools and software
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operation of daily business processes
• Provide training or documentation support for new systems and workflows

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or systems administration
• Familiarity with creating and managing SOPs
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization techniques
• Experience with backend tools such as project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana), CRM, or other business platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
