**About the Role & Program:** As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to be part of the magic as you support one of the following teams: + ABC Entertainment (Finance and Business Planning)- Primetime, Late Night and Daytime + ABC Entertainment (Marketing Finance & Business Planning) + Freeform (Marketing Finance & Business Planning) + ABC News (Marketing Finance) **This internship is a full-time, three-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from June - August 2026.** **What You Will Do:** + Operating plans, forecasts, and strategic plans + P&L planning, budget, Variance, quarter, trend and acquisition analysis + Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), project modeling, and variance analysis + Accounting: Quarter closings, cash flows, and reconciliations + Ad hoc requests and reporting for your team and Senior Executives **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + A solid skill set gained through coursework in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration + Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing environment and work situation + Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously + Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently + Data analytics mindset + Ability to structure projects and handle ambiguous data + Strong written and oral communication skills + Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills **Education** **:** + Junior or Senior year preferred + Major or previous coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area **Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:** Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: + Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. + Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program. + Be at least 18 years of age + Possess unrestricted work authorization **Additional Information:** + Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship + Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area The pay rate for this role is $22.50 per hour.
