Now Hiring: E-Commerce Lead – Full Time (40 Hours)

As our E-Commerce Lead , you’ll be the driving force behind our online guest experience, helping pet parents shop with ease no matter where they are.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and grow our online shopping experience for guests

· Pull, pack, and process online orders with accuracy and care

· Assist customers in-store, via phone, and online with patience and empathy

· Manage our loyalty programs and sample strategy to help boost sales

· Train team members on all E-Commerce programs and processes

· Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient

· Visit senior living communities, local events, and other off-site locations for outreach

· Occasionally drive for deliveries or special errands (company or personal vehicle) 

We’re Looking for Someone Who

· Is an energetic person who enjoys helping customers of all ages

· Have strong computer skills, enjoy learning new systems, being comfortable with computers and changing technology

· Is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

· Has empathy and genuine care for pets and their people

· Can train and motivate others

· Wants to be part of a growing, community-minded small business

Basic Requirements 

· Reliable vehicle, valid WA driver’s license, and insurance (for personal vehicle use)

· Must provide an Abstract Driver Record via DOL

· Clean driving record for the previous 36 months. 

· No DUI within 5 years

· If driving our company vehicle, applicants must meet company vehicle insurance requirements, which mandate a minimum of 5 years of solo driving experience

· Load, unload, and carry items up to 50 lbs. Think of it as your daily workout

· Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, weekends, holidays)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Problem-solving ability and a professional demeanor

· Willingness to undergo a background check (post-offer) 

· Occasional driving up to 5-8 hours a in a day (Note, this is not a daily delivery role .  The role is to be available to make deliveries as needed.)

· A smart phone to use for navigating safely and for completing orders in the field
