The Home & Garden business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. We are a leading supplier of consumer products nationally for the home, lawn and garden, insect and weed control markets. As a District Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing Spectrum Brands Home & Garden products at national big boxes accounts that include The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager within an already established territory. Your other responsibilities will include the integrity of already established account initiatives that drive Spectrum Brands sales, alignment and teamwork within a region with other like-minded team members, and communication of key information discovered at store level that drives sales opportunities.

The pay range for this position is $51,267 - $64,084.An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs.This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
