Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Support Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Financial Services industry specializing in Wealth Management. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted resource for high-net-worth individuals and financial advisors, providing expert guidance across digital platforms, account operations, and investment-related inquiries. You'll combine technical proficiency, financial acumen, and a passion for client success to deliver an exceptional support experience that strengthens long-term relationships and drives client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and advisors, resolving inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and digital tools
• Authenticate client identities and ensure secure access to sensitive financial information
• Guide users through platform navigation, including onboarding, reporting tools, and document retrieval (e.g., tax forms, statements)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
• Provide support for wealth management applications, including portfolio dashboards, performance analytics, and trading tools
• Deliver clear, accurate information regarding investment products, account activity, and service offerings
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Identify trends in client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management, brokerage, or advisory support
• Strong understanding of investment products, account types (e.g., IRAs, brokerage, managed accounts), and financial terminology
• Proven ability to analyze client issues, think critically, and deliver timely solutions
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• High attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration and continuous learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms, financial portals, and digital support tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience supporting financial advisors or working within a wealth management firm
• Exposure to trading platforms, portfolio management systems, or financial planning software
