Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our expanding Customer Service & Outreach Team ! In this entry-level role, you’ll represent some of the nation’s most respected nonprofit organizations , engage directly with the public, and help raise awareness for causes that matter.

This isn’t your typical customer service job. You’ll be working face-to-face with the community , supporting outreach campaigns, and building meaningful connections— all while making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for community members, donors, and supporters
• Communicate nonprofit campaign goals and messages with clarity and enthusiasm
• Build strong public relationships to increase brand awareness and donor engagement
• Help plan and execute local outreach events and community initiatives
• Represent nonprofit partners at public events, street teams, and local activations
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in social causes, public service, or advocacy
• Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• No experience necessary – paid training is provided
• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
