AVIGAIL ADAM LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA ( ONSITE ) POSITION:: Creative Specialist HOURS : Full Time SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, occasional weekends SALARY: $45,000 plus generous bonus potential ABOUT US: Avigail Adam LLC is a boutique design house known for its enchanting jewelry, hair accessories, and lifestyle pieces inspired by nature and ancient aesthetics. WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING FOR: We are seeking a talented Creative Specialist to join our team in person and play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life. THE JOB: This role is perfect for a versatile creative professional who has a superpower in photography (products and portraits). You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and team to produce high-impact visual content that enhances our brand across multiple platforms. Graphic Design- proficiency in full Adobe suite, Canva, MidJourney. Videography- filming and editing, Social Media. Please send portfolio links. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Graphic Design: Develop visually stunning assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and product packaging. AI & Digital Tools: Utilize MidJourney, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other AI-driven platforms to generate creative concepts and designs. Photography: Conduct professional-grade portrait and product photography in alignment with our brand’s artistic style (we can supply the equipment). Editing & Retouching: Expertly edit photos for marketing, social media, and e-commerce. Creative Direction: Collaborate on campaign ideas, photoshoot concepts, and content strategies. Content Creation: Produce engaging visual content that tells a story and captivates our audience. Studio Support: Assist with visual merchandising, product styling, and creative set designs for shoots. YOUR SKILLS: Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creative range. Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-driven tools like MidJourney. Photography expertise in both portrait and product photography, with a strong grasp of lighting, composition, and editing. Ability to translate creative concepts into impactful visuals with minimal guidance. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics. Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. Flexibility to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
