Job Description

We at Masters Real Estate is looking for a proactive and people-focused Client Success Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. Masters Real Estate mission is to build trust, solve problems, and help clients get the most value out of our services. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to services and real estate processes.
  • Gather client feedback and assist in developing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor transaction timelines to ensure deadlines are met and clients are informed.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documents and materials for clients during the transaction process.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, client support, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms a plus
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
