Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-state processes.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Leverage analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance measurement.
Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
Ensure alignment between business strategy and operational execution.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Provide thought leadership in business transformation and strategy.
Qualifications:
8–10 years of relevant experience in business strategy, process optimization, or consulting.
Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
Strong understanding of business architecture, process modeling, and strategic frameworks.
Experience with market research methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in tools such as Celonis, IBM Watson, Lean Six Sigma, and strategic planning platforms.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead global initiatives with high complexity.
