About the Role:

As a Bartender at WEST10WEST, you are the architect behind the bar – a maestro creating liquid symphonies that complement our culinary journey. Your role extends beyond mixing drinks; you're a storyteller, a flavor alchemist, and a crucial contributor to the unique atmosphere of our establishment. 

Crafting Exceptional Drinks:

• Mix and serve an array of crafted cocktails, reflecting a balance of creativity and classic mixology.
• Showcase expertise in preparing natural wine offerings and recommending pairings.

Ambiance Enhancement:

• Contribute to the creation of a chic and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and aesthetically aligned with the WEST10WEST experience.

Customer Engagement:

• Be a charismatic host behind the bar, engaging with patrons and offering insights into our beverage offerings.
• Provide recommendations based on individual preferences, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Quality Assurance:

• Uphold high standards of beverage quality and presentation, ensuring consistency in every pour.
• Monitor and manage inventory, collaborating with relevant teams to restock efficiently.

Collaboration with the Culinary Team:

• Work closely with the kitchen team to understand the nuances of evolving share plates, ensuring a seamless integration of food and beverage offerings.

Upselling and Revenue Contribution:

• Utilize your knowledge to upsell and promote special offerings, contributing to revenue growth while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven bartending expertise in high-end or upscale dining environments.
• Proficiency in mixology, cocktails, and natural wines.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building patron relationships.
