In your role as an Accountant , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial operations are in tip-top shape.

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare financial statements, reports and forecasts that will guide financial strategy
• Collaborate with department leaders to create and manage budgets, offering valuable insights to support their objectives
• Assist in both internal and external audits, meticulously documenting records and facilitating audit processes
• Prepare and file state and federal taxes, staying current with tax regulations to optimize our tax strategy
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve financial issues with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that will propel company growth

Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Proven track record as an Accountant in a fast-paced environment
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, regulations and industry best practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
