BAD Marketing is hiring a Paid TikTok Shop Affiliate Intern to join our fast-moving Ecom team. This is more than just an internship — it's a launchpad into one of the fastest-growing areas in digital marketing: social commerce .
You'll work directly with creators, strategists, and media buyers to build TikTok Shop affiliate programs that drive real traffic, real conversions, and real revenue . If you're TikTok-native, data-curious, and ready to move fast — this role is built for you.
Build and manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns: recruit creators, set up offers, and track performance.
Identify and onboard creators who align with our brand partners — and help them create content that sells.
Support viral campaign execution: UGC, unboxings, live shopping events, and paid boosts.
Use TikTok Ads Manager to amplify content and optimize affiliate performance.
Analyze campaign results, learn what works, and help scale what's working.
Stay on top of TikTok trends, platform changes, and creator insights to inform strategy.
Are a recent grad, early-career marketer, or career switcher (0–2 years experience — internships and personal projects count!).
Use TikTok daily and understand the mechanics of trending content.
Get how creators influence buying decisions and want to master turning views into sales.
Are highly organized, a strong communicator, and can manage multiple moving parts.
Bonus: You've worked with TikTok Shop, influencer outreach, or have run paid TikTok campaigns — even for yourself or small brands.
