Driving Operational Excellence

As our Clients Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are the backbone of our hiring process. This role is a dynamic blend of candidate engagement and critical administrative support. You will ensure our clients onboarding engine runs smoothly by managing documentation, navigating our internal ticket systems, and serving as a dedicated resource for new hires. Your Growth Opportunities

  • Master Administrative Workflows: Take charge of digital filing, ticket system management, and high‑volume administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Own the Onboarding Journey: Manage end‑to‑end onboarding packets and HRIS data, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate I‑9s, tax forms, and employment agreements.
  • Strategic Backup: Provide essential support to the recruiting team through resume vetting and initial phone screens.
