We need someone who has gone through the project to convert designs (Figma) into Tableau dashboards and is aware of the challenges faced since not everything in the design can be easily converted to Tableau. If not, then they should at least have demonstrated problem solving and thinking outside the box ability on how they would go about addressing the challenges when they face them.
