Job Title: Survey CAD Technician Job Description We are seeking a Survey Technician I with satisfactory field experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in gathering field data and staking boundary and construction lines while working effectively under the direction of the crew chief. Responsibilities + Gather field data efficiently and accurately. + Stake boundary and construction lines as per project requirements. + Follow the directions of the crew chief diligently. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Experience in civil drafting with a focus on water, sewer, roadway, and land development projects. + Ability to operate survey equipment and standard office equipment with precision. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excellent verbal communication and hearing ability for effective face-to-face interactions. + Manual dexterity to manage personal computers, drafting tools, calculators, and survey equipment. Work Environment The position is based in a clean office located in Mesa, AZ. Employees can expect a supportive work environment with opportunities for bonuses and company stock. The role may require physical mobility to inspect and survey construction sites, which could involve navigating rocky or uneven surfaces. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
