**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. You will work on various cross-functional projects, including creating a PVD Portfolio overview presentation, optimizing marketing collateral, renewing critical collateral, and managing conference symposia invitations. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the medical device industry, contribute your ideas, and present findings to senior management. The Marketing Department has been instrumental in supporting our commercial teams across all business units as well as working closely with other functions such as Sales, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Finance and IT to develop innovative solutions for patients. We are looking for someone who will be able to help us continue this growth by contributing their ideas, energy and enthusiasm. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects within a team where you can make a real difference! **What you'll do:** + Work alongside marketing professionals on various cross-functional projects, e.g., product launches or promotions, sales training, advertising campaigns etc. + Learn how we develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics. + Gain valuable insights into the medical device industry. + Contribute your own ideas to the team. + Present your findings and recommendations to senior management. + Network with colleagues from different departments and countries. + Take part in social events and activities to get to know your fellow interns and colleagues. **What you should bring:** + Currently enrolled at a university which can provide an internship agreement (Preferably Business Administration / Economics) + Keen interest in marketing + Enthusiasm, creativity and motivation + Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal + Strong analytical and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and in a team environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Willingness to travel abroad for short periods of time (<1 month) if required At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
