We are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead the adoption and integration of AI technologies within enterprise cloud environments. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and resilient AI-driven cloud services while optimizing performance, cost, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to evaluate existing implementations, identify AI opportunities, and define strategic solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This position requires a visionary approach to AI architecture, strong technical expertise, and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms. You will drive innovation, enforce best practices, and help shape the organization’s AI transformation journey. Remote work is supported, with occasional visits preferred in NC or CT.

Accountabilities

• Develop and implement enterprise AI cloud architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Evaluate, select, and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design high-availability and disaster recovery plans for AI services, ensuring resiliency across platforms.
• Plan capacity and optimize performance for AI workloads and services across cloud environments.
• Establish and enforce enterprise standards, documentation, and best practices for AI architecture and deployment.
• Lead AI integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability between cloud and on-premises systems.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and security teams to align AI solutions with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions at scale.
• Deep expertise with major AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, Google AI Studio/Vertex).
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS, and multi-tenant data center architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML cloud services, pre-trained models, NLP, and computer vision tools.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM Templates, Ansible, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities, with experience working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps principles.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
