Job Description: Scrum Master

Department: Education Management

Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Project Management

Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile development teams to deliver high-quality products and services. If you are passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum practices, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure Agile processes are followed
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
