Job Title: Salesforce Administrator – Dallas Metroplex

Location: DFW Area Employment Type: Full-Time, Dallas Metroplex, 5 days a week About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with a specialization in nCino to join our digital banking team. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform with a focus on the nCino Bank Operating System. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of banking workflows, lending processes, and Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform with a focus on nCino configurations, user management, and data integrity.
• Configure and maintain nCino loan origination workflows, product packages, credit memos, covenants, and other core banking functionalities.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis in partnership with nCino support and development teams.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and security settings across both Salesforce and nCino.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA, and product managers in Agile delivery cycles.

Qualifications:
Required:

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including declarative automation and security configuration.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
• Familiarity with banking processes such as commercial lending, loan origination, or credit risk management.
• Experience using tools like Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Data Loader.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Previous experience in a banking, credit union, or financial services environment.
• Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or nCino-specific object model.
