SALES TRAINER – Greater Boston / Northern New England Region 11 Locations (MA, ME, NH)|  Base + Big Performance Bonus |  Travel Required Attention Sales Closers-Leaders : This isn't a cushy “training manager” job. You'll see a problem, fix it fast, and raise the bar higher than anyone thought possible. Your Mission

• Drive sales — every store, every rep, every day.
• Coach live on the floor,  close sales yourself to show how it's done.
• Tear apart sales processes, rebuild them better, and make them stick.
• Analyze the KPIs that matter and attack the weak spots.
• Keep teams accountable, motivated, and laser-focused on goals.
• Train new hires to perform  from Day 1 .

Who You Are

• High-ticket retail closer with 5+ years of sales leadership/training success.
• A master motivator who can turn “I'll think about it” into “Where do I sign?”
• Competitive, relentless, and never satisfied with “good enough.”
• Data-driven — you know the numbers cold and you use them to win.
• A road warrior ready to  travel regularly to dominate the region.

• Base: $60K+
• Performance bonus that can double your base .
