About the Role
We are seeking a Routing Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics efforts within our operations and commercial teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in telecom data analytics who can translate complex datasets into actionable business insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
You will lead key projects monitoring traffic flows, rate analysis, routing profitability, and partner performance, collaborating cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and engineering teams to ensure our analytics directly support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of telecom traffic flows, partner rate offers, and pricing models to identify profitable routing and business opportunities
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and disputes related to routing, rates, and traffic data
Manage and update critical internal data platforms and rate files, driving process improvements and automation initiatives
Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support commercial negotiations and operational decisions
Collaborate closely with finance, sales, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure data supports broader business objectives
What You Bring
Minimum 3–5 years of data analytics experience
At least 1 year of telecommunications experience in the same or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and large datasets
Strong Python, PowerBI and SQL programming skills (advantageous)
Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering insights
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English (required) and Russian (advantageous)
Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts or small teams is highly desirable
