Job Description

Summary

The Project Manager provides a laser focus to deliver Intersection’s creative projects and services in the most efficient way possible. You will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of creative projects while working with clients and the Intersection creative team. Your core focus areas will be planning, organizing, communicating, and monitoring client projects to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

You have a desire to make great things happen for other people. You believe your success is intertwined with the overall team’s success. You will collaborate with the Intersection team to deliver projects yielding high results for clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of creative projects to meet customer needs and objectives.
  2. Prioritize and manage multiple projects in Intersection’s project management software; ensuring project dates and timelines are kept up to date and time is accurately logged.
  3. Properly communicate project requirements, goals, and updates with clients and Intersection team members.
  4. Review creative work before delivering to clients.
  5. Collaborate with Intersection account managers on new creative projects and develop scope and team assignments.
  6. Communicate with outside media, printers, freelancers, and vendors.
  7. Collaborate with the Managing Director to review procedures and make recommendations to simplify and improve project delivery.
  8. Stay informed about marketing industry developments and translate them to impact your clients.
  9. Practice your craft and build your brand by contributing to Intersection’s marketing activities.
  10. Make great things happen for other people.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field is highly preferred.
  • At least two years of operations or project coordination in the advertising, marketing, creative, or media industry is preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
