In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients’ print projects are set up for success. You’ll review and prepare files for printing, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with our production team to ensure every project meets quality standards. What You’ll Do: File Review: Check incoming files for accuracy, proper formatting, resolution, and print-readiness for digital and large-format printing. Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues like missing fonts, incorrect color profiles, or low-resolution images. Communication: Collaborate with clients or designers to clarify file specifications or request revisions when needed. Prepress Setup: Prepare files for production by applying bleed, crop marks, and other necessary adjustments. Quality Control: Ensure all files meet our standards and are ready for a seamless print process. What We’re Looking For: Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for spotting issues that others might miss. Technical Skills: Familiarity with design software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop is a must. Print Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes, color management, and file formats. Problem Solver: You’re resourceful and enjoy figuring out how to fix challenging file issues.
