We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing and membership growth of our online learning subscription program. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Production and working daily with the Product Manager, you'll be responsible for creating marketing strategy and executing against it to grow membership in the online subscription program. The subscription program, also known as the Digital Library, is a new and growing service, providing compelling Scriptural and Doctrinal coursework and lectures from leading Theologians and speakers to 8,000 paying members and over 3,500 priests, clergy and religious. What You'll Do: Based on deep customer understanding - build holistic, year-round marketing and media plans to grow memberships for the platform. o Conduct regular customer research to identify our target market, their unmet needs and potential insights for future marketing programs. o Develop compelling advertising against a clear customer benefit, partnering with and leading the internal design and production teams to create all advertising assets o Manage the planning, budgeting and proper execution of the media plan - including coordinating with external media partners on ad buys. Utilize data to optimize and manage advertising spending in partnership with our Product Manager o Optimize conversions by assessing every step of the customer journey, from ads to landing pages to sign-up; leverage A/B testing to optimize o Forecast membership growth, report on progress vs. goals to management and troubleshoot as necessary Lead Marketing Operations for the St. Paul Center - in addition to direct ownership of marketing for the Digital Library subscription product, you'll lead the marketing team and all our owned media plans for email and social media, including when used for cross-department initiatives (supporting other departments - events, advancement, etc.) Lead the Marketing Ops organization including managing 1 or more FT marketers, our relationship with an external media buying agency, and several interns Manage the marketing department annual budget for ad spend.
