What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

  • Leading financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and inventory control.

  • Building a culture of excellence through servant leadership, accountability, and transparent communication.

  • Coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members to do their best work.

  • Partnering with the medical team to deliver outstanding client experiences and maximize practice potential.

  • Supporting local marketing and community outreach efforts.

  • Identifying growth opportunities and implementing smart, sustainable solutions.

You are...

  • Someone with a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a strong commitment to continued professional development.
  • A motivated leader with 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings.

  • Excited to grow into or continue your journey toward CVPM certification with the right support.

  • A confident communicator, decision-maker, and collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, team-focused environments.

  • Proficient in coaching, training, and building high-performing teams that deliver strong medical and client service outcomes.

  • Knowledgeable about budgeting, operations, HR compliance, and the key drivers of practice success.

  • Passionate about people and pets, and eager to make a lasting impact in a leadership role.
