Description We are looking for a talented and creative photographer for a project opportunity on-site in Boston, MA. In this role, you will capture artistic and personality-driven portraits for a distinctive profile, focusing on individuality and breaking away from traditional corporate photography styles. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in dynamic portraiture and collaborate on a unique project. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to develop a vision for character-focused portraits that emphasize the subject's individuality. - Execute on-site photo sessions, capturing creative angles and textures to produce engaging, non-traditional portraits. - Utilize lighting techniques and environmental elements to highlight the subject's personality and create visually compelling images. - Incorporate textured backdrops, surfaces, or green screens when required to enhance the overall composition. - Ensure high-quality photography equipment is used to produce exceptional images. - Create a relaxed and confident atmosphere during photo shoots to help subjects express themselves naturally. - Maintain open communication with the subject and team to align on creative goals and ensure the project runs smoothly. - Deliver final images that meet project deadlines and quality standards. Requirements - Proven experience in portrait photography with a focus on capturing personality and artistry. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and character-driven portraits. - Expertise in advanced lighting setups for both traditional and unconventional photography styles. - Familiarity with integrating textured elements and environmental backdrops into portrait compositions. - Ownership of high-quality photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories. - Ability to direct subjects effectively to achieve natural and expressive imagery. - Excellent organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliver high-quality results. - Proficiency in post-production editing to enhance visual depth and focus, though this is optional.
