Position: Personal Assistant Location: Houston, TX Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $700 - $850 per week Job Description: Seronda Networks Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing productivity and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively. . Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents as needed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in organizing meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
