Job Description

I am seeking a highly skilled and dedicated personal assistant to provide comprehensive support to a successful chiropractic business owner and entrepreneur who generates over $2 million in revenue annually. This role requires not only exceptional organizational abilities and outstanding communication skills but also the ability to serve as a driver, run personal errands, and personal household management for the executive. LOCATION: This is an in-person job that requires frequent traveling between Greer, Greenville, and Travelers Rest, South Carolina. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative support: Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritization of tasks. Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries, including making reservations, organizing logistics, and preparing necessary documents. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, promptly responding or redirecting as appropriate. Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times. Business operations support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the chiropractic business, coordinating with staff, patients, and outside vendors if necessary. Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring smooth operations and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement effective organizational systems. Prepare and process financial documentation, such as expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking, in coordination with the accounting team. Personal assistance and household management: Serve as a reliable and professional driver for the executive, ensuring safe and efficient transportation to and from various locations. Run personal errands for the executive, which may include grocery shopping, banking, picking up dry cleaning, picking up mail, and other errands as needed. Maintain the executive's vehicle in a clean and organized condition, ensuring regular maintenance and servicing. Assist with personal appointments and travel arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Gift wrapping for personal, staff, and vendor gifts. Light housekeeping of CEO's home, housekeeping of CEO's office, keeping space neat, tidy, and organized. Keep home and office stocked with food, snacks, and supplies. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred (English majors are a bonus!) Minimum of 2 - 5 years of personal assistant experience. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. Advanced grammatical and writing skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. Proficient in using productivity software and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and comfortable learning new tools and technology. Familiarity with Apple products (computers and iPhone). Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming challenges. COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: We offer highly competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including: Compensation: $42,650 - $44,832 annually Health insurance (50% of employee premium) 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off 12 paid holidays annually Comprehensive professional development Position includes five workdays per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:30. Occasional weekend hours if needed.
