About the Opportunity:
MAXX Potential is hiring motivated individuals ready to launch their careers in technology. This is a hands-on, entry-level NOC/SOC Technician role based in Greensboro, NC, designed to provide meaningful experience through real work and guided mentorship.
If you've been learning IT through bootcamps, certifications, or self-study—and are ready for your first professional role—this is your chance to break in.
Responsibilities:
Monitor network and system alerts, escalate as needed
Assist with resolving infrastructure issues
Rack, cable, and maintain equipment
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Document activities and update inventory
Qualifications:
Strong interest in IT, networking, or cybersecurity
No prior IT work experience required
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Comfortable working on-site in Greensboro
Backgrounds in retail, service, or other fast-paced environments welcome
