We’re seeking an onsite full-time Office Support Specialist to support our Accounting and Sales departments. This entry-level role bridges two critical departments, ensuring smooth transactions, accurate reporting, and excellent customer service.

Job Description



Accounting Support

  • General AP/AR tasks as needed, including entering invoices and posting payments
  • Vendor communication when necessary
  • Assist Accounting Manager with research projects and ad hoc tasks
  • Filing paperwork

Sales Support

  • Assist with order processing and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain Pipedrive CRM records
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics team for shipping orders
  • Support Sales team with administrative tasks and client communications (including answering phones)

These tasks are representative, but not exhaustive of the duties of this position.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in basic AP, AR, and other accounting skills
  • 1+ years of experience in general office support (if involved with Sales support a plus)
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Ability to take direction well and follow-through to complete tasks
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
