We are currently seeking a skilled NP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician's Assistant) specializing in Urology . In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care to patients with urological conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and managing urological issues, making a significant impact on the well-being of our patients.

As an NP or PA in Urology , you will be involved in a variety of projects focused on urological care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, performing procedures, and educating patients on urological health. Responsibilities:

• Conduct urological assessments and examinations.
• Develop and implement urological treatment plans.
• Perform urological procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients on urological conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in urological care and treatment.

Requirements:

• Valid NP or PA license in Urology.
• Previous experience in urology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of urological conditions, treatments, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.

Schedule: 24-hour ED beeper call, 1 week per month

Setting: Inpatient

Daily Volume: 5-15 patients

Da Vinci robotics available

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
