A little bit about the role!
The Director of Communications and Digital Marketing will lead Netroots Nation's communications strategy, overseeing how the organization tells its story, engages audiences, and elevates progressive voices. This position manages all digital, media, and marketing efforts, ensuring that the organization's values and vision are reflected in every platform and message.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and digital strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
Travel averages about once per month (roughly 10%). Attendance at the annual conference is required. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will be responsible for:
