**Machine Assembler - Advanced Systems | Elgin, IL** **Join a precision-focused team building complex mechanical systems. We're hiring a Machine Assembler to support high-end manufacturing projects in a clean, modern facility.** **Role Highlights** + Assemble mechanical systems per specs and technical drawings + Integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and coolant components + Interpret schematics for wiring and soldering tasks + Document build steps and support project forecasting + Collaborate across teams to refine delivery and diagnostics **What You Bring** + Strong mechanical assembly and blueprint reading skills + Proficient with hand/power tools and precision instruments + Experience with wiring, soldering, and fluid system integration **Work Environment** + Clean, temperature-controlled shop that doubles as a showroom + Individual workstations designed for comfort and efficiency + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) **Why Join Us** + Innovative, collaborative team culture + Exposure to advanced machine-building projects + Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
