About Slate

At Slate, we've got one job: building a vehicle you'll fall in love with, right here in the USA. We believe that car buyers — not car companies — should call the shots. We like looking at a road, not a screen. We don't like paying for stuff we don't need. We like picking out the stuff we do need. We think dings are badges, not blemishes. But we know not everyone likes what we like. So, we built you a Slate: you make it yours.

Who we are looking for:

Slate is seeking a highly organized Materials & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material and inventory management, as well as material conveyance within factory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. • Ensure material dock, conveyance, and warehouse safety procedures, proper storage practices, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lead shift scheduling and workforce planning to align resources with production demands.
  • Monitor material operations KPIs, team performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and material handling operations.

What you bring to the team:

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
